Luanda is the capital city of Angola and is one of the largest cities in Africa. The city is the perfect amalgamation of modernity and tradition. Situated on the Atlantic coast, it is the country’s primary as well as busiest seaport, manufactures beverages and automotive products, cultivates coffee, cotton and sugarcane and even possesses a petroleum refinery while also housing the National Library of Angola, the National History Archive and the Fortaleza de São Miguel (Fortress of São Miguel), a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The convention centre is easily accessible by road and is also close to the Luandan Harbour (~18 km) as well as Quatro de Fevereiro Luanda International Airport (~13 km).
BY TAXI
Taxis to and from the venue are reasonably priced and plentiful. They can be flagged down at the roadside.
BY CAR
Visitors are welcome to drive up to the venue which is very near from the city centre. They can make use of the car parks at the venue.
